As promised, Pax Dei’s latest update is live with a new miracle. The early access sandbox MMORPG isn’t using that word trivially; miracles are effectively elite skills in the game, and they aren’t cheap. Today sees the release of a particularly pricy one: fast travel.
“New Miracle available, allowing you to travel across the land more quickly — for a price,” the patch notes explain. “Using this Miracle, you can teleport within a province directly from the Map. It consumes Grace to perform and offers a practical way to cut down on long travel times.” There are some caveats, however: Players have to first travel to destinations the long way, and teleports generally cost 20-30 grace points, though returning to your own Petra Dei and to Lyonesse gateways is still free when not on cooldown.
“Travel between provinces is not yet available, but it may be in the future,” Mainframe Industries adds.
As we noted last week, today’s update also implements Polish and Castilian Spanish localization.
