Are you in favor of time-gated content releases in MMOs? That seems to be a thing this summer, first with World of Warcraft, and then with Dungeons and Dragons Online. And speaking of the latter, DDO unlocked the latest quest line in its new pack of stories from its Tavern Tales bundle yesterday for players to enjoy with Covered Culvert.
Hope you like diving into sewers… again: “City workers have discovered a previously unexplored section in the Sunken Sewers. There’s just one problem: the sewer is infested with swarms of deadly vermin, and it’s up to you to sort things out. Speak with Burton Furst in the Marketplace by the Steam Tunnels, next to Wayfinder Dael.”
DDO’s final quest from this pack will drop on May 14th. The MMO recently announced its second year of monthly loyalty rewards and opened up its 64-bit Cormyr server to all players (although transfers are still not happening).
