One Shots: What the Dwarves saw that awful day

Katriana kicks off our festivities today with this harrowing shot of Dwarves digging too deep: “My friends and I met a dragon (again) in Return to Moria this week. She’s not really a very welcoming sort, and seems to think she can just make herself at home in Khazâd-Dum.”

Well go put your hand on its snout and train it already! Can you imagine how metal it would be to see a Dwarf flying around Middle-earth on a Dragon, laying waste to all of his foes and annoying neighbors who leave their car alarms on at night?

Minimalistway continues to groove on the authenticity of Star Wars: The Old Republic, saying, “This park in Nar Shaddaa is so cozy with a nice fountain, dead body, neon lights, fake trees, few shrubs, and fake grass!”

What use does a bear need with money? Hey, it’s got to save for its cubs to go to college one day! Lord of the Rings Online universities aren’t cheap, you know. Stormsong knows the truth: “All you need is a Kim Beorning, standing on pile of gold.”

If you ever thought you were trés cool, then you haven’t met Sunglasses Vincent. This variant on a classic FFXIV fan makes the rest of us look like shabby belly-scratchers.

And I got a little artsy-fartsy with this LOTRO picture of my Lore-master. Ironically, she’s allergic to the same flowers I keep shoving her face into. It’s for posterity, honey. It’s for your fans.

Lights… camera… screenshot away in the comments! Let’s post your adventures for posterity and a shot at the kind of fame and glory that only our website is capable of bestowing!

Every week, One Shots shines a spotlight on the best community screenshots from your MMO adventures. If you have a great pic to share, email it to justin@massivelyop.com with the subject “One Shots.” Make sure that the picture is over 880px wide and comes with a description or story!
