Hey look at that: EVE Frontier, the reddest of all of the EVE spin-offs, is emerging from its protective shield of closed testing to allow the public into its blockchain-powered domain.

On Monday, CCP Games announced that will become open to the public on June 11th with the Founder Access: New Era patch. “For the first time, players are free to share gameplay footage, impressions, and experiences without any restrictions, ushering in a new, fully public phase of development,” the studio said.

The patch will add more content to the game including a new system called Cycles, which combine quests and leaderboards on a seasonal rotation.

CCP’s gone on a media blitz about EVE Frontier as of late, hitting multiple game shows to show off story beats, survival systems, and third-party development tools.
