With World of Warcraft having just deployed its most recent update, you might assume that the game is going to kick back and let everyone enjoy the patch for a bit… but no. It’s time to look forward to the next major update, The Ghosts of K’aresh, with a whole video as well as a news article detailing what’s coming in this continuation of The War Within’s campaign.
K’aresh, for those who have forgotten, was first mentioned ages ago in The Burning Crusade as the home of the Ethereals that was ravaged by Dimensius, the All-Devouring. Fortunately at the time, players stopped him; unfortunately, now he’s being resurrected, and so players will need to travel to the realm of K’aresh to prevent this with help from the Brokers last seen during Shadowlands.
Players will also have a new raid, a new dungeon, and a new delve to explore with the update, as well as an upgradeable artifact cloak and a new Phase Diving system to offer new challenges.
