No matter how many times Jean Grey, the Phoenix, gets killed, she always comes back. This would perhaps be a little more on-brand if that were her actual superpower, but she is being added to the roster of Marvel Rivals when the game’s third season goes live on July 11th. A new trailer just below details Jean in her full firebird-style glory as she fights on the battlefield of Klyntar, which is the new map going into Season 3, a planet orbited by a dead Celestial killed by Knull.
The new season will also add four new team-ups, a new competitive mode, the hero Blade (who is in the trailer but not yet fully revealed), and an overhaul to the game’s mission system. Moving forward, the game will be getting a new season every two months, so check out the trailer below to see what the next couple of months will be full of.
