You know what’s a great reason to screenshot your MMO adventures? Because it encourages you to stop dashing to your next destination and slow down enough to take in the sights and process what you’re seeing. There are so many great and memorable visuals in MMOs, if only people would really look.
That’s the service that our readers like Minimalistway provide with these pictures! Today’s headlining shot comes from Book of Travels: “Every part of this game is beautiful and worth a screenshot.” Agreed.
Don’t like spiders, never mind ones that are big enough to eat you and your little furbaby without blinking its 42 eyes? Then you best be zipping by this World of Warcraft pic I took last week in the bowels of the planet.
“Last weekend, I rode a horse (don’t think about it too hard) to Lord of the Rings Online’s new festival island, and it’s really so pretty,” shared Bree. “I still haven’t brought any of my characters to Umbar, so this was my first time seeing a lot of the new architecture and assets in person. It definitely doesn’t feel like LOTRO – it now feels like EverQuest II – but I also don’t mind it at all. SSG outdid itself.”
IronSalamander8 is so square it’s cool: “Exploring on the multiplayer server in Integrated Minecraft and found this. I did not go in yet since the game adds some powerful enemies even without investigating POIs, but will do so in the future.”
Vincent has even more gorgeous vistas from Guild Wars 2 to share, such as this shrouded temple/monastery/Pizza Hut franchise location. Fun fact: I used to be a dishwasher at Pizza Hut in the ’90s. I saw what you all left on your tables. You disgust me.
Now that we’re all thinking about pizza, let’s grab a pizza of our games by taking even more screenshots! More! MORE! The boundless hunger of the One Shots comment section can never be satiated! It will devour us all!
