An 1.3 GB patch is sailing into Sea of Thieves’ port today, bringing with it treasures untold and bounties bold.
Actually, we can tell you. The update’s biggest feature is the debut of legendary ship customizations. These allows player to hoist special sails, mount a spectacular figurehead, and deck out their hull.
The patch also adds and tweaks several smaller things, such as helping players drop stuff overboard, rebinding push-to-talk on controllers, and widening the server migration-free zone around skeleton forts. The game’s performance should be better, especially as Rare continues to eliminate causes of server crashes.
