This is not an April Fools’ Day joke: WildStar’s Lead Combat Designer just announced on Twitter that he has left Carbine Studios.

“I’ll give everyone a shout out when I start my new job and hopefully later when we can talk about what we’re doing!” he writes.
Engle is the second high-profile dev to depart the game this month; Senior Product Manager Jen Ortiz left just two weeks ago.
