TERA compensates players for fall downtime

I'm using the term loosely here, you understand.
[AL:TERA]Even though October and November are fading into the distance of 2016, TERA hasn’t forgotten the service outages that players suffered during those months. As compensation for the “notable gaps” in server uptime, En Masse is giving out free days of elite status to its entire playerbase.

Subscribers will get a full month — 30 days — of elite status, while free players are only slated to receive 15 days. You’ll need to log in by December 23rd to activate the elite status, however. And if you’re curious about what caused the outages and what En Masse did in response, the post goes point-by-point through the issues.
