The World of Vehicular Weapons Platforms from Wargaming is getting some new updates. For those who like to do battle in World of Tanks, there’s a seasonal event coming your way, while those who prefer the hardware of World of Warships are seeing some fresh equipment added to the European trees.

World of Tanks will be kicking off Holiday Ops 2020 starting on Friday, December 13th, until Tuesday, January 14th. This event brings with it the ability for players to literally deck the halls of their garage with over 300 decorations. Doing this is actually directly connected to the rest of the seasonal event, as decorating the garage raises a Festive Atmosphere level. This in turn unlocks benefits like XP boosters, vehicle blueprints, the ability to add a Snow Maiden to your crew, and the ability to designate a vehicle as a Holiday Ops Vehicle which grants that tank various XP bonuses. You can get all of the details on the game’s website.

As for World of Warships, the latest supertest session is bringing a whole slew of boats from Sweden, Austria-Hungary, and Poland. These ships are characterized by fast torpedoes with long range but low damage, artillery similar to American vessels, and features like Surveillance Radar and strong anti-aircraft defense at certain tiers. A detailed look at what ships are in this supertest can be read over at Medium, while the game itself is hosting some seasonal festivities of its own.
