There are always things to spend in-game currency on in every single MMO. Always. That’s kind of why it’s there in the first place, to have money spent upon it. You earn this currency and then you’re tempted to spend it! But some of us are better about this than others. Some people will go spend every cent of their in-game money on whatever new shiny thing is available the instant it comes out without thinking of the consequences, while others will hold off and wait for prices to fall and steadily accumulate more money.
And then often give it to friends who are less thrifty and promise to pay it back, but that’s a different discussion altogether.
So where do you fall when it comes to your in-game currency? Are you happy to drop all of it on the hot new item for cosmetics as soon as it becomes available to you, even if history has shown that you’ll have another thing you want in the near future? Or do you save your money as long as possible?
