Once Human opens its new factional PvP server Prismverse’s Clash September 26

Regular players of NetEase-owned Starry Studio’s survival shooter Once Human know by now that the game regularly opens new servers (or scenarios to borrow its parlance) on a pretty regular basis, so the fact that there’s another one coming isn’t exactly a surprise. That said, the mechanics of the new scenario opening on Thursday, September 26th, are a bit more unique, as it will be a faction vs. faction PvP free-for-all.

The Prismverse’s Clash scenario will force players to join either the Mayflies or Rosetta, then try to secure prism deviations and bring them to containment areas over the course of three phases, thereby gathering prism energy to earn victory for their chosen side. These deviations are earned from specific activities like public crisis events, gathering, and fishing, and while there will be open PvP, players won’t lose their gear on death. The scenario will also have some stat balancing that hopes to keep power in check without overwriting unique builds.

As for rewards, players can earn themselves an item to call down a faction loot crate that friendly players can share, starchrom currency for every faction member, and rare avatar sets for the top performers. Interested players can register to join in on the scenario right now if they so choose.
