SMITE’s Escape from the Underworld event forges new skins for five gods

SMITE is launching a new event revolving around the addition of new skins — some of them much-wanted by the community — to the game. Titled Escape from the Underworld, the promo will bring shiny new duds for Hades, Arachne, Nox, Hou Yi, and Guan Yu, as well as new art, a smattering of underworld weekly quests, and a bonus round for arena matches.

Hi-Rez Community Manager PonPon told Redditors that more info is on the way: “Will go over it more and in-depth on the Notes show [today]. Items can be bought but some can be unlocked, and there is a collection bonus that requires you to have gotten all the items. That means if you do all the quests there is less needed to directly buy to unlock the full collection bonus.”
