Classic MMO Priston Tale is getting a mobile version in South Korea

Do you remember Priston Tale? It’s a Korean MMORPG that originally released to our shores in 2004 and is still apparently running free-to-play to this day — it even has an event calendar for this month. This blast from the past is apparently going to get a second lease on life (in South Korea at least) thanks to the arrival of a mobile version of the MMO.

This new game, called Priston Tale M, is being developed by FOW GAMES and will use the studio’s proprietary Ray Engine to create the title, which reportedly allows the devs to create massive game worlds and let players switch channels without loading. There are no further details about this game right now, including its release date in South Korea or any designs to launch globally, but we can at the very least confirm that this is going to be a thing.
