Sometimes your MMO friends are good companions whose homes you visit and who you give gifts. Like holiday gifts, or parcels of lands, or four suckling pigs. (I don’t pretend to know how you live your life.) Other times your MMO friends are just… people you hang out with in a shared MMO and otherwise don’t hang out with. Both of these things are perfectly valid and we’re not asking you to validate which sort of friends have a bigger impact. No, the question is where you met them.
Maybe you met all of them in a specific MMO. Maybe you met them in a dungeon or structured PvP. Maybe you met them while roleplaying or just while hanging out in a city. Maybe you met them in a few dozen different games and they’re all a part of your family now. So where have you met your best MMO friends, whatever that personally means for you?
