Pax Dei weaves a lore-focused audio story of the creation of its world

Did you know that Pax Dei has lore? It’s true! While our Choose My Adventure columnist learned only a story of highly bloodthirsty foxes, Mainframe Industries is providing a bit more backstory context to the survival MMO in a new audio story video.

The narrative snippet discusses the genesis of the world that players find themselves in, which started as a place of spirit in slumber that sprouted a thought “full of light; of hearing and words,” which in turn birthed the divinity of the game’s universe. This divine power then created the elements through breaths and imagined the various shapes of nature to form the world as Paxians know it today.

Of course the divine spirit of the developers is going to be changing the geography of the world soon, but if you’re the sort who enjoys a bit of lore in a survival sandbox, there’s an audio story for that.
