I don’t like using Control or Alt for my extra action bars in MMOs, and I really hate that that’s the default. Usually one of the first things I do is rebind all of that to Shift. Based on how I hold my hands on the keyboard, it’s just easier for me. And I am willing to bet that this made some people get an eye twitch, but I am assuming it is the same people who will absolutely burst a blood vessel at not rebinding A and D to be strafe instead of turn because that matters to them for some reason?
We all have weird quirks for keybindings and frankly, none of them matter so long as you can control your character well and know what you’re doing. (And usually if you can’t do that your keybindings are not the real culprit.) So what’s your weird quirk for keybindings in MMOs?
