Hellgate is back on Steam and buyable, but without Tokyo or multiplayer

The Hellgate is open for business. Again. Really and truly.

HanbitSoft has been milking the Hellgate London cow for the better part of a decade now, bringing it back time and again. Now the infamous Flagship title is back on Steam as promised earlier this month, but only as a single-player game. While that’s a bummer, you might be excited to know that you can grab it at a 25% discount right now, taking the price down to $9.74.

Another slight bummer is the fact that this version of the game doesn’t include Tokyo content — at least for now. “Internal circumstances” has resulted in a delay of that questline, but players can explore London, Stonehenge, Second Attack, and Abyss maps. The company noted that this version of Hellgate doesn’t include any cash shops or microtransactions and that Tokyo would be included free of charge when it gets shored up.
