Meadow developer Might & Delight check in with an update on the Travellers RPG project

This past July, we offered an initial report on a game called Travellers, a new online RPG of some form by Might & Delight, the team behind the social space MMO Meadow, which intrigued but also didn’t offer too much information. The team has recently kicked out a newsletter that is helping us see a somewhat clearer picture of what this new game is all about, if only just barely.

First off, though Travellers is going to be an online game, it won’t be an MMO in the conventional sense, instead going for the moniker of Tiny Multiplayer Online, or TMO. Basically, Travellers will have a massive world but will allow only a small number of players per server with the intention of making finding others in the world a special event as opposed to an ordinary occasion.

The Travellers team is promising a big reveal in less than a month in the form of an official announcement, though just what this announcement is is anyone’s guess. Interested fans are welcome to sign up for their own newsletter on the game’s website, which promises to offer one more edition that will reveal more about the game’s world and is even promising to provide subscribers with details of their big announcement before anyone else. You’re also welcome to hop into the game’s official Discord if you’re so inclined.
