Shadow of Vanaheim is new content offering new quests and locations that scale to character level, with new armor pieces and vanity items available through the adventure. The official response thus far has simply been to outline what is contained within the pack, but it doesn’t really address the core player complaint that having an anniversary event centering around something being sold feels a bit less than celebratory.
