There will soon be one less online CCG for people to enjoy as of February with the official closure of Bandai Namco’s Duelyst, which will go dark at 6:00 p.m. EST this coming Thursday, February 27th.

The closure announcement included several alerts such as the end of Diamond purchases and a 99% reduction in Diamond Orb purchase prices for anyone who still happened to have Diamonds in their account. Incidentally, anyone who purchased Diamonds between December 21st, 2019 and January 24th, 2020 can put in a refund request until March 30th.

“Saying goodbye to any game is never easy, and it’s always hardest when you love the game as much as we all love Duelyst,” reads the announcement. “We’re incredibly proud of the effort our developers have put in on Duelyst over the years, and even more proud of the amazing community of friends and gamers that have enjoyed Duelyst. We want to thank all of you for being a part of the Duelyst family, and for making our time working on Duelyst the amazing adventure it has been.”
