It would be very easy for me to say that my eyes are drawn to purported leaks, rumors, and rumblings about unreleased content for MMOs because my job requires it. It would also be a lie because I ate this stuff up before this was part of my job. I have always loved looking into these things and learning about them. I absolutely will seek out early leaks for this stuff. I find this all to be fascinating. While my career has helped me become more discerning and analytical about the leaks that are plausible vs. the ones that are not, it is not actually the reason I care about this stuff.
But I respect that not everyone is like that. Some people genuinely dislike leaks and would rather wait until information is revealed honestly, if for no other reason than you’re likely to get more information when something is officially revealed. Some people just don’t like trawling through rumors and half-true information in the first place! So what about you?
