World of Tanks is throwing a 12th birthday bash this week, featuring plenty of things for players to do and goodies to collect. Regrettably, what it does not include are those adorable little toy tanks pictured above as driveable vehicles in-game, which we’re calling that a seriously missed opportunity.

Regardless, there is certainly plenty going on to mark the anniversary. Players can take up several special missions and log in regularly to get event currency, which can then be spent for rewards like 3-D styles, decals, and a day of premium time. Players can also log in to get another free day of premium time and some festive customizations.

Another major part of the celebration is a birthday challenge that’s open to any player who has at least a Tier IV vehicle. Premium account time is once again the prize on offer here, though the top three participants will be granted a full year of premium status, while the runners-up will get either weeks or days of premium and the last place player gets 500 gold.

Lastly, players can hoover up some goodies like resources, a 2-D armor style, and free Tier VIII vehicles through a Twitch Drops program. Streams are happening today, April 12th, so fans who are into getting free stuff by keeping a muted browser tab open can head to the site for more details.
