I did not have a good 2023. (Trust me, unless you’re a personal friend, you don’t know the half of it.) But now the year is almost over, and we’re facing down 2024, and so today I want to ask you… what’s the MMO memory you want to bring with you from this year?
There are always a lot of things that happen in these video games over the course of a year; even if the game you play actively is largely in maintenance mode, you probably have friends you group with or even just goals that you want to accomplish. And presumably that meant things happened over the course of 2023 in some capacity.
So what MMO-related thing do you want to remember from 2023? Was it a news story? An exciting reveal? A promise of future patches? A truly staggeringly bad quote? Friend drama? What is it that you want to keep in your memory as you move into the new year?
