We’re all familiar with the term “golden age” — the absolute height of a particular genre or property when it sat on the top of the world. But there’s also the silver age, another great period of time that might not have been quite as successful and popular but was still pretty awesome.

Consider your favorite MMOs: What would you say their “silver age” was — or is it perhaps experiencing that right now? What period of time would you identify as its second-best run that it had as a live service title?
