While it’s technically launching in Korea today, I’m worried that Elyon missed its ideal window here in the west due to all its redesigns and changes. There was a time when that game was pretty high on my list of things I was looking forward to, but since we’ve had only indirect clues that the game is launching here next year, it might be time to retire my hope (especially as I keep forgetting the game used to be Ascent: Infinite Realm, which was a more memorable title).
There’s lots of stuff to harbor worries about, always. Maybe New World won’t be able to stick its landing when it releases. Maybe World of Warcraft will flail about a fair bit with its expansion. Maybe Blue Protocol will never actually launch over here. Maybe RuneScape will accidentally shut down its servers for a week. Anything could go wrong!
