Looking for a helpful onramp into Last Epoch but are feeling a little behind right now? The playing field should be leveled next month when the OARPG kicks off its Imperial Uprising event on September 19th.
This event will deliver “a full cycle refresh” to the game, bringing prior Harbingers of Ruin characters over to the legacy mode and paving the way for a fresh start. This includes resetting ladders and wiping the economy, but will not be Patch 1.2, which is still forthcoming. During the event, players will kill any and all types of skeletons to earn community-wide rewards.
“We have heard you loud and clear about wanting an economy reset, and we agree that this is beneficial for multiple reasons,” the devs said, going on to argue that a move was needed to shut down some exploits, provide better quality-of-life play, and because fans have demanded it.
This event will conclude on October 20th.
