In just a few days, ArcheAge will begin accepting sign-ups for server — sorry, evolution — transfers.
Trion Worlds announced yesterday that players affected by the upcoming server merges can put their name in for a free transfer from August 25th through September 4th, although there is a long list of conditions to be met. The studio also emphasized that these requests will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis and might change depending on “demand and faction balance.” Transfers will occur on September 8th, with the merges to follow later in the month.
The studio also shined a spotlight on its upcoming Heroes Awaken system that’s coming with the 2.0 update. This system allows 10 players from each of the three factions to become elected as leaders for a month-long period. Leaders on the faction councils can then activate certain quests and mobilize their followers to war.
