If you know nothing else about Das Tal, you know that it’s a sprawling open-ended sandbox. (If you didn’t know that, well, you know it now, so it’s close enough to count.) Playing open-ended games like that can be difficult, though, since it raises the question of where you’re supposed to start when you first log in.
