Did we forget to tip you or celebrate your anniversary? A new event in Champions Online is seeing an uprising of monsters in both of these locales, requiring an aggressive response from the world’s superheroes.
“Giant Monster Attack is a limited-time event where players can team-up to take on these powered-up cosmic-powered monsters around the globe!” Cryptic posted. “Players level 35+ can talk with Lieutenant Irwin from UNTIL in Renaissance Center in Millennium City to get the low-down on these giant monsters. Players who help defeat these creatures can earn rare costume drops, and level 40 players can earn valuable Silver and Gold Champions Recognition!”
The event, which started yesterday, will run through May 12th. Participating heroes can earn 30% more tokens during this period and enjoy a shorter cooldown on cosmics.
