SUCH SAVINGS

Pathetic mortal creatures with your moist flesh and sloughing skin! It is I, “Crazy” Kak-asha, of Kak-asha’s Discount Goods Emporium, the store you continue to tell your friends is “run by a werewolf or something!” Clearly, your fragile brains of pulsing meat are unable to comprehend the true beauty of my immaculate form, for the evidence lies before you! Could a werewolf offer you savings like this? I doubt it! I have supped upon their brittle bones and drained the very essence from their squalling souls, and they know nothing of the secrets of the universe… or discounts!

This week at Kak-asha’s Discount Goods Emporium, get Slaughtered Orb Breakfast Cereal at the low price of $2.99 for a family-sized box! You can also obtain the fresh meat of a suckling lamb for only $5.99 per bloody pound, and the tender sugar-filled pods of your apple trees may be obtained for simply $1.99 per pound! Let us know what you are playing, you unfathomably fragile creatures with your eyeblink lives, in this week’s installment of What Are You Playing. Then come in for savings, and stop calling me a werewolf. It hurts my feelings.

I have feelings, yes. And perceptions that stretch into dimensions that would bring you endless agony.

Andrew Ross (@dengarsw): Pokémon Go is happening. Maybe some Overwatch or Heroes of the Storm. Oh, maybe some Pokémon Moon. If things go well, I might be able to play something with my Rift Touch. Probably The Unspoken or Dead and Buried.

Brianna Royce (@nbrianna, blog): Whee! Tomorrow is the last day of classes where my husband teaches, which means he’s off for weeks and weeks, so maybe — finally! — some Guild Wars 2 for us? If not, definitely The Elder Scrolls Online; last weekend I rolled a new character to get used to it again, but I want to get back to my original. This weekend is going to be very busy for me, though: I’m going to be tallying votes for MOP’s annual awards! Wish me luck!

Eliot Lefebvre (@Eliot_Lefebvre, blog): Stuff to do in Final Fantasy XIV? Check. Stuff to do in World of Warcraft? Check. Stuff to do in TESO? Check. A new entertainment room that I’d like to stop neglecting? Check. How I pay my rent every month? Check.

Justin Olivetti (@Sypster, blog): I’m really scattered right now between several MMOs, including World of Warcraft, RIFT, The Secret World, Star Trek Online, Guild Wars 2, and maybe even The Elder Scrolls Online if I can get it working. I don’t have any overwhelming projects to tackle right now, so I’m just kind of playing whatever I feel like at the moment.

MJ Guthrie (@MJ_Guthrie, blog): For the most part I will be splitting my time between ARK: Survival Evolved, Lord of the Rings Online, and EverQuest II. Then I have a boatload of personal projects I am trying to get all situated, so I will be making schedules, lists, and tying up those items the rest of my time. Most do involve gaming!

Your turn!
