There are only so many hours and only so much interest one can pour into MMOs on any given day. That means that some titles get attention while others fall by the wayside, destined to be ignored forever. Yet there are MMOs that we promise ourselves we will get around to playing… one of these days. Some day.
Unfortunately, time moves forward, even for games we’re not playing and communities we’re not experiencing. There’s always the possibility that those “one of these days I’ll dive into it” MMOs will close or sharply decline before we get enough time or personal interest to experience them.
