As much as I do generally like Star Trek Online, there are problems with the game. Some of these are substantive problems, like how bad ground combat still feels. Others are real problems but lower priority, like the fact that the game’s interface for buying new ships is clunky and not terribly well-designed. And then others are very fine-tuned and nitpicky, like the fact that you can fly a Romulan ship as a Federation captain but can’t stencil the ship name on the hull and give it a registry number.
Today, we’re working on nitpicks. Not big issues, not game destroying issues, not even significant issues, but nitpicking nonsense that just bothers you even if you recognize objectively that it’s not a big deal at all. What’s your most nitpicky criticism of an MMO you otherwise like? What just bothers you even if you recognize it’s an issue so low on the priority list that it may as well not be there at all?
