Fallout 76 is generally not the game I would’ve picked to rush Valentine’s Day, but here we are: In Bethsoft’s latest Inside the Vault, not only does the studio tease its Valentine prologue event, it also teases the second chunk of its Atlantic City release.
Let’s start with Atlantic City – America’s Playground, the second part of the casino-themed two-parter that sends players to the boardwalk for new quests, side quests, and a new season, all launching March 26th.
“Our next big update, Atlantic City – America’s Playground releases March 26 and contains a new Expedition Mission and Side Quests in Atlantic City. Players will also experience a new Main Mission storyline taking place in Appalachia: The glamorous Russo family, having just fled to Appalachia from Atlantic City, have big plans to open a new nightclub here in the mountains. Unfortunately, it’s not quite so easy to leave their dark pasts behind. The shadows of addiction, notoriety and family loyalty haunt the Russo’s as they make sense of their new lives. Should you choose to intervene with this dysfunctional family, you’ll be thrust headfirst into the shadier dealings of Atlantic City, even uncovering the secrets of the dangerous chem, Devil’s Blood.”
The PTS with the new content is already up and running for would-be testers.
The Burning Love event, on the other hand, kicks off today at noon EST; players will complete weekly challenges for cute pink gear, including a jumpsuit and heart glasses. The event runs through February 13th, when Fasnacht kicks off. This game is weird, man.
