As the title implies, this R&D school allows hobbyist captains the ability to whip up all sorts of ground combat devices, including kits, modules, and consumables. There even will be the ability to create all-new “passive” kits, although it sounds like the most obvious path to attaining these is through the store or lockboxes.
“Passive kit modules are a new type of kit nodule which are always active as long as the wearer is in Combat and give the user lesser versions of popular profession-specific abilities. There are currently two passive kit modules for each profession,” Cryptic explained.
