October 24th. That’s pretty much all you need to know if you’re (a) an owner of an Apple device, (b) have a fondness for this popular indie farming sim, and (c) have been dying to take Stardew Valley mobile for years.
The iOS version is coming in just a few weeks thanks to the effort of studio The Secret Police, which rebuilt the game with a touchscreen in mind. And it won’t break the bank, either; the mobile edition will only cost $8. So far, there is no word of an Android edition.
While Stardew Valley iOS will contain an up-to-date version, including the Patch 1.3 features, it won’t be arriving with multiplayer enabled. While that’s kind of a bummer, there is a silver lining for PC players: You will be able to import your farm from the computer if so desired.
