The Stream Team: Shot Online because why not?

2

We here at MOP try to follow up on as many MMO and multiplayer games as possible, from the big-name AAAs to the small indie titles and mobile releases. So it is that we’re devoting a bit of stream time to Shot Online, the large-scale multiplayer golf game that recently arrived to Steam. Also, MassivelyOP’s Chris was kind of curious. Also, sometimes you just have to stream a game for the sake of fun. Whatever rationale you subscribe to for seeing Shot Online on our schedule, tune in this Friday, January 25th at 2:00 p.m. EST as we hit the links.

I missed that but watched VoD, thanks for the stream and i hope to see more coverage for some of unusual MMOs out there … for the graphics, remember Wii Sports? one of most exciting games to play and it used cartoonish character models, it made the game more fun.

I played Winning Putt a few times before it shut down. Was never even aware of it until I saw the mention of the sunset here in MoP.

I’m glad I did because I discovered another type of game that I really enjoyed playing and it encouraged me to pick up one of the single player golf titles during the Winter Sale.

Not all MMOs it multiplayer games need to follow the typical fantasy it sci-fi tropes. I’m glad these games exist and would like to see more of them. I really see it no differently than any of those racing games that offer online play.
