Netmarble reveals an English logo for Blade & Soul Revolution

If you were passing curious about Blade & Soul Revolution, one of the two mobile games spinning off of the original PC MMORPG, then here’s some potentially good news. During Epic Games’ “State of Unreal” keynote at this year’s Game Developers Conference, Netmarble unveiled an English language logo for the mobile title.

For those unfamiliar, Blade & Soul: Revolution was described as a mobile release that looks to stay true to the PC version. The game offers four classes and races and includes cinematic PvE story content and 500v500 clan PvP battles, among other features. The last announcement out of the game before this was in October of last year, when it got a release date in Korea.

As the official PR noted, “Netmarble is also working to expand its service for Blade & Soul Revolution into other territories, notably other parts of Asia and in the West,” so it’s a pretty good assumption that the game is headed our way.

The presentation did, of course, introduce a number of new games to the Epic Games store. It further expounded on the Unreal Engine’s strengths, the company’s $100M Epic MegaGrants program, and Epic Online Services, an SDK suite that lets developers put together games with “a unified, cross-platform social experience.”

Off topic and of a personal note: I like to speak to you ingame sometime whenever you are on. The pigtails keep trying to look over the Friend’s List balcony to see if are there…but the lights appear to be always out. :(

…hope all is well!

All is well. My video card fans died. So, given that video cards are so expensive, especially the 1080 I have, I’m fixing it myself by installing a heat sink and two fans.

Parts arrive today and I should be back on regularly by Monday. I’ll drop you a note or ping you then. :)

For a time there I thought you where forever lost in Anthem. Your reply put to rest that unfounded fear. So thank you! :)

Yeah it happened at the worst time. I managed to log into BnS and check things out, but didn’t get to play much before the card began overheating.

English logo is a strong indicator it’s coming. Rare for companies to waste time and resources on localized logo’s that are delivered to major partners for an event if they’re not bringing the game over.

Neato, hopefully it’ll resonate better with me than the PC version did. Could never quite get into it, and for some reason could never get it looking anywhere near as good as I wanted it to even with all the settings cranked up (the AA seems pretty terrible), and that bloody destroyed my framerate despite the game not even being that visually demanding.
