Valentine’s Day tends to be one of the stranger holidays for MMO developers to try to shoehorn into their game worlds. It can be very easy to go overboard and puke hearts and red and pink all over the place — but also hard to come up with compelling activities and rewards.
That said, there are some titles that make a valiant effort to making this day o’ love enjoyable and entertaining. I’ve seen V-Day events that encourage positive interactions between players and others that juxtapose gritty war zones with chubby cherubs.
