Games crash. Seriously, it happens. Computers crash in general, games crash, and it’s not exactly fun or something you want to experience, but it is going to happen every so often. But especially with MMOs, if the game is crashing on a semi-regular basis, I’m just going to uninstall and stop trying. If it feels like we’re hitting a crash more often than ever two hours, this might be the best MMO of all time – but I’ll never keep playing long enough to find out.
Some bugs are just worst than others. You might recognize that, say, misaligned text boxes aren’t really a game-breaking issue… but it might just bother you so much that after a few hours you clock out of an MMO no matter how much you like it otherwise. Or maybe one ability keeps bugging out for you and you use it so often that it just gets you. Maybe it’s a pure texture bug that just drives you up the wall. What consistent MMO bugs push you out of a game, regardless of how much you might enjoy the game otherwise?
