Are you ready for more Wuthering Waves content? Then this past weekend has you covered — some might say awash — in new things thanks to the Thaw of Eons update that released earlier.
Get it? Awash? Because Waves. We’re very clever here.
This latest update brings on a new Chapter 1 Act 7 main quest where players will encounter Jué, a mysterious Sentinel of Huanglong and a guiding force behind Jinzhou’s civilization, which also opens a snowy new zone known as Mt. Firmament and the town of Hongzhen to discover. Of course this being a gacha RPG, no update is complete without new characters to roll for, and so this one adds the five-star Jinhsi and Changli.
In addition, the update brings on two new weapons, several new echoes, and some new login rewards and events, including limited-time combat events scheduled to kick off over the course of July. Dates for these events, as well as details for the update, await in the patch notes.
