If you’re awake and have had your second breakfast already, you might be in time to check out an afternoon stress test for Lord of the Rings Online’s new European server, Mordor.
Standing Stone Games invited all players to jump onto the new legendary world today starting at noon eastern for a preview and a couple fun events. Testers can use the “Eyes and Guard Tavern” to quickly level their characters to 50 to be able to participate.
“Vastin will be in-game spawning Ringwraiths for a few hours. We will also be streaming from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM Eastern where Scenario will be conducting a ‘Hide and Seek’ event and highlight the new server as we continue to refine the server experience,” the studio said.
As for when Mordor and its NA counterpart Angmar are officially launching, SSG said that an announcement is coming soon but that it’ll most likely be around July 31st or August 1st.
