Are you sitting slouched in your gaming chair and feeling the void in your life where an extraction shooter should be? Then sit up straight, eat your Wheaties (they’re still a thing, right?), and prepare yourself for the imminent arrival of Arena Breakout: Infinite, which is coming on… “soon.”

Ah yes, it’s one of those teasing-the-real-announcement announcements. But we thought we’d share this with you, seeing as how it’s the latest iteration of the Arena Breakout series and that the studio claims over a million players have signed up on the website and Steam to play it.

“In the upcoming early access version, soldiers seeking fortune and fame on the Kamona battlefield will also have the opportunity to experience the debut of a highly intense indoor CQB (close-quarters battle) map, the Armory. Once under the control of the Northern Front, the Armory served as a military stronghold, stocked with weapons and fortified defenses,” the studio said, going on to note that the early access build will include four additional languages, new weapons, lowered hardware requirements, and the start of its first season.

Arena Breakout: Infinite will also make an appearance at Gamescom 2024 to talk about post-release updates.
