The second weekend event for Embers Adrift is reminding players of the event’s date, just in case anyone missed its first such event. Players can expect “a crazy weekend packed with activities, GM events & fun time shared together” between Friday, August 16th, and Sunday, August 18th.
Some additional information was shared by community manager Elloa on the game’s now-monthly livestream, promising that the August summer event will be “much more fun than the July event,” particularly since she described that July event as a draft version for this month’s festivities and admitted she was handling the GM events herself, which proved challenging for NA players during the evenings considering her physical location. This time around she’s hoping for assistance from executive producer John Gust, though he seemed to be a bit non-committal when this was brought up on stream.
A firm schedule of events and activities hasn’t been nailed down yet, but Gust did mention his desire to involve the Scarabax monster. More information will likely come later, but for now Stormhaven Studios is reminding folks that this is coming.
