Time flies when you’re looking at your cell phone swinging your finger at giant beasts in Monster Hunter Now. Before you know it, you’ll look up from your screen and see that the autumn season has arrived. But then you can look back at your screen because that will also mark the start of Season 3 and its various additions.
The roadmap (such as it is) features a few hints at what’s to come when Season 3 begins, including a celebration of the mobile title’s first anniversary, the promise of more new monsters to hunt, the addition of a new weapon, and a silhouetted item of some sort.
Before then, Niantic is hyping up what it calls “an epic event to close out Season 2,” while players can busy themselves with an ongoing event featuring every hunter’s favorite spicy kitty bat Teostra from now until August 25th.
