On the Isle of Siptah, a surge is a special supply run! Thralls are important in all of Conan Exiles, and the only way to acquire them in the isle is through a surge. Thralls just rain down form the magic portal in the sky. Even better to Massively OP’s MJ, sometimes those thralls have pets from the exiled lands that she gets to keep!
