On this week’s podcast, we were discussing how few pirate classes there are in MMORPGs despite pirate NPCs being in pretty much all of them. So a 21-cannon salute to Black Desert, which is in the final stages of preparing the Corsair for her June 29th debut.
But just because you need to wait until next week to play the Corsair doesn’t mean you have to wait to make one! Pearl Abyss is encouraging players to log in right now and draft up a flashy pirate in the character creation screen. Not only does this give everyone a head start on the upcoming action, but the studio is handing out rewards for participating and making excellent characters.
