It’s the MMORPG we’re unsure people missed but one that’s coming back from a two year-long sunset. It’s Aika Online, the 2009 MMORPG from developer Hanbitsoft, which was picked up by new publisher CBM Interactive Inc. this past August and will make its global re-release today, December 5th, as Aika Online Global.

“With breathtaking visuals, an expansive open world, and engaging gameplay, [Aika Online] invites players to embark on a captivating journey filled with epic battles, rich storytelling, and endless possibilities.”

The game was drumming up support for its revival in the week before launch with a pre-registration event that grants players who sign up a one-month Noblesse package valued at $18 that offers potions, six mounts, utility items, 30 days of rifle and pistol ammo, and several hours’ worth of auto-hunt time; what this all means for the game’s actual monetization isn’t specified, but those who signed up prior to today’s launch can enjoy these benefits. The game isn’t scheduled to open until 7:00 p.m. EST tonight, so if any of those goodies excite you, there’s still time to nab ’em.
