Pantheon extends pre-early access testing through December 1, with ‘record numbers’ showing up

With under two months to go until Pantheon launches into early access, you would think that studio Visionary Realms would be going all-out with details and promotion. And while that may still be coming, the November newsletter is oddly demure in its offering.

The big news here is that the current testing cycle for all backers now has been extended to December 1st, giving them a full month to explore the game before it’s taken down in preparation for launch. This test includes a new European server to assist that region. The studio said that “record numbers” of players are funneling into the game right now.

Visionary Realms said that December 1st is also the cut-off for anyone wanting to put in a pledge. The studio is working on a lot of last-minute content for early access, including a trio of new biomes (Silent Plains, Eastern Plains, and Wild’s End), more character customization options, improving the new player experience, and fleshing out progression to level 40.
